Authorized Days and Times

  • Monday to Friday only
  • Morning slot: 10:00 AM to 1:00 PM
  • Afternoon slot: 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM

Prohibited Periods

  • Weekends: Saturday and Sunday – no calls
  • Public holidays: strictly forbidden

The 4-Call Rule Per Month

  • Maximum 4 calls per prospect within 30 days
  • Explicit refusal = 60-day contact ban

  • Company: Up to €375,000
