Terms of Use

3.1 Availability

The Publisher endeavors to maintain the Site and Services accessible 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, access may be interrupted at any time, without notice or compensation, particularly for maintenance, updates, breakdowns, force majeure, or any other reason deemed necessary by the Publisher.

The Publisher does not guarantee the availability, continuity or quality of access to the Site and Services. No compensation may be claimed in the event of interruption, suspension or cessation of Services.

4.1 Complete Warranty Exclusion

The Publisher does not warrant:

• The accuracy, reliability, completeness or timeliness of information and data provided by the Service
• The relevance or truthfulness of reviews, reports and content submitted by Users
• The absence of errors, bugs, viruses or other harmful components
• The suitability of the Service for the User's specific needs
• The results obtained from using the Service
• Compatibility with the User's equipment or software

4.2 Complete Liability Exclusion

4.3 Informational Nature of the Service

Information provided by the Service (spam scores, reports, reviews, etc.) is purely informational and indicative. It does not in any way constitute a guarantee of data accuracy, advice or recommendation.

The User is solely responsible for interpreting and using the information provided by the Service.

4.4 Community Data

Data displayed on the Community Service comes exclusively from reports and reviews submitted by Users. The Publisher does not verify, validate or certify this data.

A phone number may be wrongly reported as spam, or conversely, not be reported when it should be. The Publisher disclaims all responsibility for the accuracy of these reports.

4.5 Liability Limitation

In the event that the Publisher's liability is engaged despite the above provisions, and to the extent permitted by law, the Publisher's total liability shall be limited to the amount actually paid by the User during the 12 months preceding the event giving rise to liability, or €100 if no payment has been made.

5.1 General Obligations

The User agrees to:

• Use the Site and Services fairly and in accordance with these ToU
• Not infringe on the rights of third parties
• Not submit illegal, defamatory, insulting, discriminatory or content contrary to public order
• Not deliberately submit false reports or misleading reviews
• Not attempt to disrupt, overload or alter the operation of the Site and Services
• Not use automated systems (robots, scrapers) without prior authorization

5.2 User Responsibility

The User is solely responsible for their use of the Site and Services, as well as the content they submit.

The User indemnifies the Publisher against any claim, complaint, prosecution or action by third parties resulting from their use of the Site and Services or content they have submitted.

6.1 Content Submitted by Users

By submitting content (review, report, comment, rating), the User grants the Publisher a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive, transferable and sublicensable license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, translate, distribute and display this content on the Site and Services, for an unlimited duration.

The User waives all moral rights on submitted content, to the extent permitted by law.

6.2 Collected Data

All data collected by the Service (including phone number data, aggregated reports, statistics) are the exclusive property of the Publisher.

9.1 Access

The Community Service is accessible free of charge and without registration.

9.2 Submitting Reviews and Reports

Any User may submit a review, rating or report on a phone number. This submission does not require account creation.

The User agrees that their contributions are sincere and based on real experience, compliant with applicable laws, and respectful of individuals and businesses.

9.3 No Warranty

Information displayed on the Community Service comes exclusively from User contributions. The Publisher does not verify this information and in no way guarantees its accuracy, truthfulness or relevance. A legitimate phone number may be reported as spam by error or malice. The Publisher disclaims all responsibility in this regard.

10.1 Registration

Use of the Professional Service requires account creation. The Professional User agrees to provide accurate and up-to-date information during registration.

10.2 Credentials

The Professional User is solely responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials (email, password, API key). Any use of the account with these credentials will be deemed to have been made by the Professional User.

In case of suspected fraudulent use, the Professional User must immediately inform the Publisher.

10.3 Account Closure

The Publisher reserves the right to suspend or close any account, without notice or compensation, in case of violation of these ToU or for any other legitimate reason.

11.1 Principle

Use of the Professional Service (verifications, routines, API) requires credits. Each operation consumes a certain number of credits according to the rate in effect at the time of operation.

11.2 Credit Purchase

Credits are purchased via the Site by credit card payment (processed by Stripe). Credits are credited immediately after payment validation.

11.3 Pricing

The rate is €0.70 excl. VAT per verification. This rate may be modified at any time by the Publisher. The applicable rate is that in effect at the time of operation.

SMS alerts are charged €0.50 excl. VAT per SMS in addition.

11.4 Credit Non-Expiration

Purchased credits do not expire.

11.5 Complete No Refund Policy

11.6 Invoicing

An invoice is issued for each credit purchase. Invoices are available in the Professional User's personal space. VAT is applicable according to the User's country.

12.1 No Availability Guarantee

The Publisher does not guarantee any level of Service availability. The Service may be interrupted at any time, for an indefinite period, without notice or compensation.

12.2 No Results Guarantee

The Publisher in no way guarantees the results obtained from using the Service. Information provided is purely indicative and may be inaccurate, incomplete or outdated. The Professional User uses the Service at their own risk.

13.1 Terms of Use

API access is included in the Professional Service. The Professional User agrees to:

• Respect usage limits (100 requests/minute, 10,000 requests/day)
• Not share their API key
• Not use the API for illegal purposes

13.2 Modifications

The Publisher reserves the right to modify the API (endpoints, formats, limits) at any time, with or without notice. The Professional User is responsible for adapting their integrations.

16. Severability

If one or more provisions of these ToU are held invalid, the other provisions shall retain their full force and effect.

17. Non-Waiver

The Publisher's failure to enforce any breach by the User shall not be construed as a waiver of the obligation in question.

18. Entirety

These ToU constitute the entire agreement between the User and the Publisher regarding use of the Site and Services.
